Returns: We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note that  Hippie Feather reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. 

Exchanges There are NO exchanges.

• Where is my order number? Your order number is included in your order confirmation email (Hippie Feather Order Confirmation). Our order numbers are 6-7 digits long and contain only numbers. If you are unable to find your order number, please contact us.
• What If I receive incorrect items in my order? What do I do? Please chat with me within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide your order number with your inquiry.
• Can you cancel or edit my order? Once the order is placed, we cannot cancel or make edits. Please contact us if you forgot to apply a discount code to your order.
• What if my package was damaged upon arrival? If a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of their order confirmation email. To start this process, please visit our Contact Us page.

International Returns and Exchanges
