Returns: We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note that Dionne Michelelle's Luxury Hair & Holistic Wellness Spa reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds.Â
Exchanges There are NO exchanges.
- Where is my order number? Your order number is included in your order confirmation email (Dionne Michelelle's Luxury Hair & Holistic Wellness Spa Order Confirmation). Our order numbers are 6-7 digits long and contain only numbers. If you are unable to find your order number, please contact us.
- What If I receive incorrect items in my order? What do I do? Please chat with me within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide your order number with your inquiry.
- Can you cancel or edit my order? Once the order is placed, we cannot cancel or make edits. Please contact us if you forgot to apply a discount code to your order.
- What if my package was damaged upon arrival? If a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of their order confirmation email. To start this process, please visit our Contact Us page.
